Servings: 4
4 scallions, sliced
1 Tbsp sugar
1 lb cooked shrimp, thawed and drained
1 peeled, seeded cucumber, thinly sliced
12 radishes, thinly sliced
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Chill.
